We’re pleased you’ve found us. We are the South East chapter of the Change Management Institute.
We are a cutting-edge group of change management professionals leading and supporting local practitioners. Our focus is to elevate our industry practices and ensure that all visitors and members are inspired to take their skills to the next level. It’s our desire to inspire excellence and ensure that you have the means to reach your career goals. So regardless of whether you are after new thinking, a mentor, or looking to have your practices independently assessed and endorsed, we are here to help you.
Our members are professionals from government agencies, corporations, not-for-profit groups and professional consultancies. Members may be at different stages of their professional careers, so we mutually support one another to meet common goals.
By joining you get to engage with us locally at events, build your networks and access the global thinking and white papers available exclusively to members. There are plenty of learning and development opportunities available for all learning styles too!
A bit more about us
Our members shape the chapter agenda and suggest relevant topics for future sessions. Some of the themes we are working on include delivering enterprise wide change in a collaborative world, creating meaningful & purposeful change, building change resilience and using NLP in order to communicate about change more effectively.
The vision for this Chapter is to bring people together and run interesting, thought provoking and engaging events. We will share learning and knowledge virtually as well as through face to face events.

Chapter leadership
Katja Norman, Chapter Co-lead
Katja has been a member of the Change Management Institute for many years, having first been introduced to the institute by Deborah Feakins. Katja has a passion for change management and connecting like minded professionals together, which the South East chapter is a great forum for.
Katja is the Head of Change Management for Thales UK, having previously managed transformation programmes for British Airways.
Lucy 
Donaldson, Chapter Co-lead
Lucy joined the Change Management Institute in 2020 to connect with a broader network during the pandemic. Lucy is passionate about innovative change solutions and the continued development of the wider change profession.
Lucy is a management consultant at Cognizant, having previously worked at Bupa Global and Nationwide Building Society. Outside of work, Lucy enjoys spending time with her daughter and co-chairing the PTA.
