Change Practice Playbook - Cast

The Change Practice Playbook – What is it?

The playbook is a collection of tried-and-true practices generously shared by experienced change practitioners.

It’s not a methodology, nor a step-by-step guide, instead it offers friendly, practical guidance on tools and approaches that have proven effective in real-world change-making.

We’ve called it a ‘play-book’ to encourage you to experiment and adapt these ideas in ways that suit your unique challenges and context.

Organised loosely around the Change Practice Framework featured in The Effective Change Manager: The Change Management Body of Knowledge (CMBoK®), 2nd Edition, this resource provides actionable examples to support your change management efforts.

Whether you’re seeking practical techniques or curious about what works for others in the field, this playbook is designed to inspire and support you in your change management journey.
