Steffi Jackson has been with the Institute since 2018, first supporting key Strategic Initiatives and since 2021 as the first CEO of the Institute.
With over 16 years of Consulting, Business and Change Management experience, Steffi has a passion for Enterprise Change Management and Organisational Change Maturity.
Before joining the Institute, Steffi had the opportunity to set up and lead the Change Management functions for two Australian Financial Services Businesses.
Jane Judd has been a volunteer with the Change Management Institute since 2012, first building a presence in NZ, then as Board Director for Accreditation and more recently as Global President. Jane has a strong vision for enabling the change profession in a digitally connected world making access to expert knowledge, emerging practice and inspirational learning easier than ever before.
Sian has over 10 years senior change experience within government and the private sector, with a passion for problem solving and is adept at working within complex and unstructured project settings. She has a demonstrated track record in achieving in ambiguous environments. Sian is an astute communicator and applies the concepts of human centred design in an accessible and pragmatic way. She has a strong understanding of the Australian Public Service and how to effect change in challenging and bureaucratic environments.
Sian has carried out a number of service delivery projects specialising in strategy, change and operationalisation, technical writing and training and development. She is a keen observer and is experienced in identifying process efficiencies and opportunities to improve the culture of working environments leading to improved staff productivity. She applies analytical ability, with creativity to create easily digested artifacts for a range of audiences, including executives and end users.
Sian has a Bachelor of Communications, Master of Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Sian is passionate about supporting the next generation of woman and is a volunteer coordinator with The Girls Leadership Network organisation.
Tamsin is an Operations and Change Management professional, with over 10 years’ experience supporting complex operating model changes in both business transformation and deal environments. She has four plus years of executive leadership team experience.
She is certified as a Company Secretary with AICD, in the Future Directors board and governance program, ProSci Change Management and PRINCE2 Project Management Foundation & Practitioner, building on a BA Joint Honours in Management and Psychology and an MSc in Sustainability (Business, the Environment and Corporate Responsibility.)
Moz has over 25 years of global investment banking and consulting experience spanning M&A, equity and debt issuance, capital management, structuring and acquisition financing.
Moz is currently Managing Director of Theorem Consulting, which he founded in 2018. Prior to establishing Theorem Consulting, Moz spent 15 years with Deutsche Bank within its corporate finance division where he was involved in numerous high profile M&A and capital raising transactions.
Through his extensive involvement in mergers & acquisitions and large scale financings for clients across various industry sectors, Moz has developed a deep appreciation for the benefits of progressive and effective management of organisational change.
Moz is a Fellow of the Actuaries Institute, a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds a Bachelor of Economics with Honours from the Australian National University.
A passionate change management professional, Sky has worked across a range of industries within FTSE 250 companies delivering transformation projects that have resulted in multi-million-pound savings, improved efficiency, and enhanced customer experiences. Eager to enthuse others about the power of business change, Sky takes a hands-on role in supporting all people through the change process to land effective and meaningful change.
Sky is a Specialist Accredited Change Manager with the Change Management Institute and has been an invited panellist on two learning circles. In addition, Sky is Prince2, Lean Six Sigma, and MSP qualified and is a Microsoft Certified Professional. A specialist in benefits management, governance and assurance, Sky believes change management plays a pivotal role in driving organisations forward into the digital age.
Abimbola Oyekoya first volunteered with the Change Management Institute in 2020, she has served as a Chapter lead, Country Operation team and co-designed the Institutes DE&I strategy. She was a contributor to the CMI CMBoK 2nd edition and has added value at several Events and Global Panel sessions.
Abimbola has extensive experience and proven successes in effecting change through design, delivery, and implementation. She provides hands-on consultancy encompassing engaging with and delighting clients with high value delivery.
She has over 20 years work experience commencing work with two entrepreneur parents. Her Professional roles include Change manager, Management Consultant, Client Portfolio Manager, Team Leader, Benefit Manager, Policy & Process Manager, and Benefits Capability lead; all roles that require a change leader’s mindset for effective and efficient delivery.
Her background in management consulting, project delivery and ethos of knowledge transfer and continuous improvement works well with her passion for delivering customer value. Abimbola is passionate about ensuring ‘the right change’ is delivered in the most effective way to create value for key stakeholders. Abimbola is an enthusiastic role model and mentor and founded The Better Tribe Community to support Families migrating into the UK to successfully transition through the substantial change.
