Have you nailed the Foundations?

Foundation Level Accreditation is an opportunity for those early in their change careers to assess change management skills and areas for development.

To gain Foundation Level Accreditation your capabilities will be assessed against the behaviours outlined in the Change Manager Competency Model – Foundation level. The assessment comprises a written application providing evidence of your practical capabilities in a number of the competency areas, supported by a reference from a manager who has directly observed your behaviour in a change management role.

You will also have completed relevant change management education; either a Change Management Institute endorsed course or another training course that aligns to the Change Management Body of Knowledge (CMBoK). For courses that haven’t been endorsed by the Change Management Institute you will need to be able to demonstrate how the course content has covered specific CMBoK knowledge areas.
