Our Diversity and Inclusion Roadmap
Our Roadmap for Change is to create an intentionally inclusive, just, and diverse change community.
We continued to ignite the conversation and are committed to the exploration, discussion and actions required to make our community inclusive. This isn’t the role of one person or a committee; it takes commitment and action by everyone. We all know that change happens one person at a time.
Our internal Diversity Committee helped shape our overall Diversity Roadmap to guide us. This year, we implemented some important actions and mapped out our roadmap for the coming year and beyond.
