Change Awards 2026

Change Management Institute is excited to be sponsoring the Change Awards 2026

Reflecting our commitment to recognising the individuals and teams shaping the future of change

Change Awards MonicaThe Change Awards are a great opportunity to celebrate the people creating real impact in our profession. They shine a light on the work we as change professionals do every day and give our community a moment to recognise those helping organisations transform.

Margo Waldorf, Founder of the Change Awards and she shared this:

“I wanted to briefly tell you about one of my favourite memories from the past ceremonies – a moment that stayed with me to this day. This happened when a colleague, with a huge smile on her face and a trophy in her hand, came to me and whispered, ‘I didn’t think I could win. I can’t believe I almost didn’t apply’. I can tell you now that, a few months after her win, she secured a more prominent role at her company, her work was mentioned in the industry press, and the Change Awards received a thank-you note from the company’s CEO. Sounds like a dream? Yet, it’s a fact.

Change Awards winners

I know that most of you hate ‘applying’. It feels self-promotional and therefore awkward. However, a similar story to the one I told you is repeated every year. Every winner or the runner-up reacts almost in the same way: ‘I almost didn’t apply’.

If your work made life easier for others, it probably belongs here. If you have nodded or smiled while reading this, that is your cue. Put your work on the record.

Apply for the Change Awards and join us in person in Mayfair, London, for the big event.

Applications open until the 14th of March 2026.  Ceremony on the 21st of May 2026.

Change Awards Margo WaldorfI will see you at the event.”
