This course builds on the key concepts introduced in Change Portfolio Management Foundation Course.
You will dive deeper into tools and techniques, aligned to the 3PR Framework for Change Portfolio Management, that can be used to lead, implement and scale CPM in an organisation. Understanding and practice will be built through interactive discussion and small group activities, self-reflection, case studies and planning activities.

I feel like I have the tools, theory and practical examples to take our CPM approach from infancy to adulthood (or at least teenager!) and be able to demonstrate the benefits of doing so to leadership and program delivery colleagues.
I particularly enjoyed the section on storytelling and creating that change narrative for the portfolio to inspire and refocus people.
The small group setting for this course was very helpful in enriching the discussion and building connections.

From day 1 you are building a blue print and the confidence for how to apply in your org. You work through a case study seeing it in action and thoroughly explore barriers, constraints, how to mitigate them and maximise success. Phenomenal facilitator, and it is a lot of fun.
