Gail is an executive change leader with a successful track record of delivering transformation portfolios including new business models, operational restructuring, innovative technologies as well as culture shifts. She has expertise in Strategy Execution, Organizational Change Agility, Organizational Change Management and Portfolio Management. Gail also works with organizations to build transformation capability through mindsets, structures, processes, methodologies and skills.

Over the past 20+ years, Gail has worked both in consulting and in industry (including with many North American and global organizations such as TDBank, Holt Renfrew, RSA Canada, Manulife Financial / John Hancock, Royal Bank of Canada, CIBC, Trillium Health Centre, Canadian Blood Services and Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield). A graduate of Queen’s University, Gail holds several qualifications in Change Management including Conner Partners’ Agent 1 and 2 Change Execution Methodology and Prosci’s Certified Change Manager certification and is a facilitator for The Agile Advantage” (Leader, Team and Organization Workshops based on “The Agile Model” ®). Gail lives and works in Toronto, Canada.

    Barbara Collins is a seasoned change management professional with over 25 years of experience in delivering complex transformational change for global organizations. With experience from Financial Services, FMCG, Government and Retail, she has successfully led strategic, regulatory, technology, and people-led initiatives across multiple continents, including large-scale ERP implementations and organizational redesign projects.

    Her international experience has equipped her with a unique perspective on managing change in diverse cultural environments. She holds certifications in Prosci ADKAR, Prince2, and Managing Successful Programmes, and previously served as the UK Co-Lead of the Change Management Institute.
