Prosci Change Management Certification Program. Gain certification in the best-practice Prosci Change Management methodology. This intensive three-day certification program equips you to apply Prosci’s Change Management methodology and tools to manage the people in change management to drive successful outcomes. Participants apply the methodology and tools to a current change and create a draft Change Management Plan for feedback and coaching. Individual attention is assured as every program is resourced with a Prosci Certified Instructor and an experienced Change Manager who provides coaching on how to apply the methodology and tools.

The program provides the theoretical foundation for understanding organisational change and the practical skills to facilitate the development and implementation of change successfully.
