It’s been such a pleasure to have been involved on the NZ committee. I have been grateful for the encouragement and support I have received over the years. I think I signed up in 2016 and just wanted to contribute to a profession I love – definitely got more out than what I put in.

I enjoyed the new webinar virtual experience and the richness of the conversations with members. Having greater access to recordings on demand has allowed me to enjoy more of the range of events available globally.

We have seen the highest levels of member engagement across all geographies this past year.

We have seen a 25% increase in members becoming Accredited Change Managers the past year.

I am involved with Change Management Institute because I genuinely receive more from the experience than the effort I put in, and I value the lessons, friendships and experiences that volunteering brings.

During my time as a volunteer, I have actively contributed to the growth of our local community of professionals who are as equally passionate about the discipline as I am. Collaborating and engaging our community gives me great pleasure. It has been extremely motivating and encouraging to pursue this knowledge and learn from our community of practice.

The Change Management Institute Accreditation process is very robust. You have an opportunity to demonstrate your actual experience with specific examples, supported by references who witnessed you in action. With three levels of Accreditation, you can choose the one that makes sense for you based on the current capabilities demonstrated in your career.

Feedback from colleagues and clients regarding Accreditation has been extremely positive and I feel it has already started to open up more opportunities for me.

I love being part of an organisation that shares change best practices, insights and tips and tricks across the globe. Seeing how different change professionals address current challenges helps me grow and apply different lenses to my work.

I really enjoyed the webinar experience by Change Management Institute, particularly the Change Learning Circles as the conversations with colleagues were so rich and they were all so giving and willing to share.
