The Change Management Institute is run by a Board of volunteers with a breadth of experience and knowledge within the change management field. Based on the input and feedback from members and the change management community, the Change Management Institute has built an organisation to meet the growing needs of people in the change management field.
Our structure is global, national and local in nature. Our Board of Directors primarily focus on the global and national structures and ensure support to establish and sustain local Chapters. We work with countries passionate about change management to establish a local presence and community within the region. We also support local people to build Chapters that create local face-to-face networking and events.
We are a not-for-profit body with a constitution, Board of Directors and hold an Annual General Meeting each year to elect the Board. The director roles include a Treasurer and Secretary to ensure that our governance structure is considered, effective and current.
