We are a cutting-edge group of change management professionals leading and supporting local practitioners. Our focus is to elevate our industry practices and ensure that all visitors and members are inspired to take their skills to the next level. It’s our desire to inspire excellence and ensure that you have the means to reach your career goals. So regardless of whether you are after new thinking, a mentor, or looking to have your practices independently assessed and endorsed, we are here to help you.
Our members are professionals from government agencies, corporations, not-for-profit groups and professional consultancies. Members may be at different stages of their professional careers, so we mutually support one another to meet common goals.
By joining you get to engage with us locally at events, build your networks and access the global thinking and white papers available exclusively to members. There are plenty of learning and development opportunities available for all learning styles too!
A bit more about us
The Midlands team is enthusiastic about providing stimulating and thought-provoking events for our members and guests some of which are solely for networking purposes. Our dynamic and proactive team of volunteers either work in change for large organisations in the Midlands, are HR professionals, recruiters of change managers or freelance change experts. We run intimate events that allow members to build their network and interact with a professional peer group.
