We are a cutting-edge group of change management professionals leading and supporting local practitioners. Our focus is to elevate our industry practices and ensure that all visitors and members are inspired to take their skills to the next level. It’s our desire to inspire excellence and ensure that you have the means to reach your career goals. So regardless of whether you are after new thinking, a mentor, or looking to have your practices independently assessed and endorsed, we are here to help you.

Our members are professionals from government agencies, corporations, not-for-profit groups and professional consultancies. Members may be at different stages of their professional careers, so we mutually support one another to meet common goals.

By joining you get to engage with us locally at events, build your networks and access the global thinking and white papers available exclusively to members. There are plenty of learning and development opportunities available for all learning styles too!

The Auckland Chapter Committee focus on delivering a series of interesting, thought-provoking and enjoyable events to our change management community in Auckland.

We are listening to our members and will provide a range of events at different times of the day to ensure there is something for everyone. Many will be open to non-members and some will be member only events.

Leah McKerrow, Chapter Lead

Leah McKerrow has spent much of her career leading change in both government and corporate sector.  She is a Change Management consultant with her own company and works with a range of companies on complex cultural and organisational change initiatives.  She is passionate about the profession and about helping change practitioners build their knowledge and connections.
