The Change Management Institute South Australian chapter aims to inspire excellence and ensure you have the means to reach your career goals. Whether you are after new thinking, a mentor, or looking to have your practices independently assessed and endorsed – we are here to help you.

Our members are professionals from government agencies, corporations, not-for-profit groups and professional consultancies. Members may be at different stages of their professional careers, so we mutually support one another to meet common goals.

By joining you get to engage with us locally at events, build your networks and access the global thinking and white papers available exclusively to members. There are plenty of learning and development opportunities available for all learning styles too!

About us

The Change Management Institute is keen to connect fellow change management professionals through our public forums and email updates.  You can join us at events; some are open to both members and non-members. Also please join the conversation through our LinkedIn Groups.

Chapter events are designed to inspire and build your knowledge and skills through the sharing of local and international knowledge and best-practices. Events include thought provoking speakers, forums, online masterclasses and regular networking events. Find out more about our events here.

Chapter Leadership

Kenneth Osborne – Chapter Lead 

Kenneth has over 15 years’ experience working with both private enterprise and public sector agencies across the United Kingdom and Australia. He moved from Scotland to Australia in 2011 and is currently employed as a Project Manager in the South Australian Public Sector, working on national partnerships and significant state projects.

Kenneth is an Accredited Change Manager (CMI), Certified Change Practitioner (Prosci), and Certified Practicing Project Manager (AIPM). As well as completing a Master’s degree, he has studied at world-leading educational institutions including Oxford Saïd Business School, Cambridge Judge Business School, MIT Sloan School of Management, and the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Kenneth believes that strategic change management is critical to achieving sustainable success and focuses his efforts on developing change as a leadership capability and improving organisational change maturity.
